Brewery
At our brewery, we have installed modern, imported equipment. The company is also equipped with a small brewing system, allowing us to craft experimental and artisanal beers.
The brewing process follows traditional methods based on ancient recipes. We brew our beer in accordance with the “Purity Law” adopted in Bavaria in 1516.
This law requires brewers to adhere to high standards in selecting ingredients, serving as a reliable means of consumer protection. According to the “Purity Law,” only the following ingredients are permitted in beer production: malt, hops, and specially prepared brewing water.
In addition, all our products comply with ISO 22000 standards — a series of international standards for food safety, which we reaffirm annually through certification.
The perfect combination of the finest varieties of malt and hops, crystal-clear water from a 120-meter-deep artesian well (specially purified and softened to meet brewing water standards), and the craftsmanship of our brewers allows us to create a unique beer flavor inspired by European traditions.
